Unfortunately, at the moment we do not accept refunds. Although if you wish to exchange an item please take the item and the receipt to our retail shop within 24hrs from delivery.  The product must be unused and its packaging in good condition.

Empolo Items Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Empolo as your Sanitary ware product. We are pleased to offer you warranty coverage to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind. Our warranty policy is designed to protect you against any manufacturing defects or faults that may arise during the specified warranty period. Here's a brief overview of our warranty coverage:

Warranty Period:

All Empolo products other than accessories (smaller connections such as the hose, holders etc) will be covered for a duration of 1 year from purchase. As for the accessories they are covered for 1 month from purchase.

Coverage:

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials and workmanship that may affect the normal functioning of the product. Such as rusting, leaks and damaged parts. 

Warranty Claim Process:

If you encounter any issues covered by the warranty, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our Sales team at Empolo Showroom in Male’.
  2. Provide the invoice for proof of purchase (invoice) to establish the purchase date and your eligibility for warranty coverage (Please note that warranty claims without an invoice will be denied).
  3. Describe the issue you're experiencing with the product and provide any necessary information, pictures or videos requested by our support team.

Exclusions:

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover any damages that result from non-compliance with the product's installation and maintenance instructions.

Resolution:

Upon verification of your claim, we will take appropriate action to resolve the issue. This may involve repair or replacement as determined by our inspection and evaluation.

Limitations:

Our warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. It covers the product itself and does not extend to any associated installation costs or damages to property.
